No Saturday morning cartoons for us…  The Saturday morning workout for the Cal Strength team includes some really light snatch and clean work off the blocks to nail down technique, followed by some heavy pause-squats, push-presses, and more accessory work for the back. We believe that rest is for the weary, and weekends are for getting separation!
