Hang snatches @ 75%, 5 c&j @ 90%, 3RM squats, and ab work

Continuing with the high volume work training cycle, the team starts tonight’s training with one snatch, followed by two hang snatches at 75%. They push through five clean & jerks at 90%, then move onto a 3RM set of squats, followed by two sets of 5. They finish the night off by choosing their own fate with core work, deciding on 3 sets of planks, hollow ups, med ball v-ups, and hanging leg raises.
