5 Singles at ~90%, and Lightweight Snatch Technique Work
The Cal Strength team enters the last day of a long training cycle by doing 5 singles at ~90%, with Spencer Moorman gutting out 5 singles at 180 kg and Rob Blackwell hitting 5 at 150kg. The guys then drop down to some light weight to work on their snatch technique with some deadlift-snatches. Everyone’s tired and hurting at the end of this cycle, but David Pray, Scott Hisaka, Nate Omen and Andrew Jester help Spence and Rob unhook the U-haul and ramp it up for one last heavy workout!
