This year, FRCF has added an additional Olympic Lifting Training Camp in conjunction with USAW Senior International Coach Paul Fleschler. This Camp will take place on August 12th– 14th, two weeks after the CrossFit Games and will have two Olympic Lifting sessions per day, as well as lectures and extensive video analysis.  There are 24 athlete slots for this camp.  The O-Lift Camp will focus on improving Olympic Weightlifting technique, prior to this year’s CrossFit/USAW Open. Paul Fleschler has been the USAW High Performance Director as well as the Resident Athlete Coach at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.  He is currently the owner of Red Rocks CrossFit: 

FRCF has worked with Paul extensively in the past, and is very excited to be able to host him at FRCF for this Camp. This is an unbelievable opportunity to work with one of the best Olympic Lifting Coaches in the country.  If you are serious about improving your O-Lift technique, this is a camp that you do not want to miss.
